This is my second PhotoShop colored picture. I just had to experiment with swirled backgrounds and lens flares (everybody does at first, right?). The character pictured here (as well as in my first Cheelza picture) is the main female character that I designed for the CD ROM comic project. You can tell I was inspired by Ryoko (Tenchi Muyo) when I made her.
