I was contacted in 1998 by a group of people who wanted to make a comic company called Comic Splash. They had some good ideas and it sounded completely legit! They had different types of books they needed artists, writers and colorists for. I was busy with school at the time so I couldn't dedicate myself to any stories (I was going to submit my fantasy story featuring Red and Dee Anna to them) but I had enough time to work on covers for their books. I finished this cover for their uh... hentai title. It features two sparsely dressed young ladies as they are on their way to a night of dancing and uh.... cool stuff! :)
Whatever happened to Comic Splash? Well, right after I finished this picture and was ready to submit it, I found out that Comic Splash died due to inadequate financial planning. At least I got to meet fellow artist, Daniel Lam, through all of this (he was contacted to do artwork also). I got a freind out of the deal. That's cool, m'kay?
