I really like Chris Bachalo's artwork! He has been a favorite artist of mine since he started drawing Generation X back in the 90's. I drew this piece at Sakura Con 2003, for some guy who wanted me to draw him something. I then took the picture and added to it to make it look like Victoria from Chris Bachalo's comic: SteamPunk. I found a cool tutorial on the internet to digitally "paint" and applied those techniques to this picture. I really like the way here hair and skin came out.
