The Goddess of Water was designed back in June of 1999 when I attended the first anime con in the Seattle area, Baka-Con (now called Sakura Con). There was an actual "Art Jam" room open and I created this character while sitting in the midst of other aspiring artists.
Using Photoshop, I found a great texture to use in Kais' PowerTools to utilize for her fins. I like the vein effect the texture made. Her swimming suit was inspired by the one Caprice wore in the May 1999 issue of Maxim magazine. Caprice is sooo hot......
